Shipping & Returns Policy


Placing an order with Micheall’s Hair and Beauty is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to visit our website you can either order via our online service or contact our friendly Micheall’s Hair customer service. We are available from Monday-Saturday: 9.00am-8.00pm to answer your questions and complete your order by phone.


We accept almost all major credit cards.


Micheall’s Hair and Beauty company policy is to provide you with timely delivery service. Orders are processed and posted daily, via Royal Mail for the UK and DHL,UPS and Parcel Force  for international orders. Please, allow 3-4 days for standard delivery in the UK. Express and overnight delivery is available in the UK for orders placed before 12:00pm. For international orders a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been posted. Should the items you wish to purchase be out of stock you will be notified immediately, and of the new delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please remember to place your order with utmost attention. All Micheall Hair products are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted* (Exchanges are made if the hair has a defect or is incorrectly sent out to the customer by Micheall’s Hair. Shipment charges will be made on all exchanges by the customers. Please note that exchanges can only be accepted by telephone confirmation. Because of hygienic reasons exchanges are accepted – only for items which are UNOPENED,WITH THE SECURITY TAG  INTACT AND HAIR UNUSED and all exchanges must be in their original packaging. Exchanges on retail hair must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery from Michealls Hair. Any returns without confirmation email from Micheall’s will not be excepted. Credit notes are given to customers who cancel their orders before they are shipped. all exchanges must be returned in the original package. Exchanges on retail hair are to be made within 10 working days.

Wholesale Orders

Our wholesale orders start from 5kg. Because our wholesale products are customize according to specific description of our customers there are no refund and exchanges accepted. (Exchanges are made only if there is a problem with the human hair extensions i.e problems with human hair wefts( loose or not securely hand tied or stitched)  For wholesale orders outside the UK, we accept payment via Western Union or bank transfer (for other transfer options please contact our wholesale team).
