We are so excited, Black Friday is fast approaching and we wanted to answer some frequently asked questions.
- How long will delivery take after the sale?
As most of the world is currently aware the United Kingdom is under its second lockdown, this has caused delays and international and domestic shipping and deliveries as the shipping companies have a high volume of packages to sort and deliver. With that being said, we we only start shipping orders after the 4th of December once lockdown has ended. This is to ensure and safety for the Michealls Team as they process and package each order. Once the each order has been processed the customer will get an expected delivery date to their email.
2. What items are on sale, and does every order get a free hotcomb?
The first few customers will get a free hot-comb with their bundle deal orders, single bundle orders will not be eligible for a free hot-comb. Availability is monitored by the website once the hot-combs are gone they will not be available for selection with each sale purchase.
3. Returns policy and Refunds
