Refund policy

***Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.***

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from separate donors, we cannot guarantee hair colour or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the colour will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases, we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. We take extra care in checking the quality of every weft, wig and hairpiece before the order is sent out, we even take pictures of the orders as we package them for each client to ensure quality control as we pick and ship orders. That being said please ensure that you have checked the items in your cart before making a payment,  as ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL and only in special circumstances, that have been approved by management can a refund be issued. 

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations.

Refunds and exchanges can only be approved by management and will be confirmed with a written email to the buyer's email address. All orders can be cancelled within 48hrs of placing the order. After 48hrs the order will be processed and shipped accordingly. Any cancellations after the cancellation period are subject to management's approval. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made on purchases that were made as gifts for third party individuals. If a refund or exchange has been approved the buyer is responsible for the return shipping of said products and must use a trackable service to ensure the returned products are not lost in the post. WE DO NOT offer exchanges for International sale products, only refunds WHERE APPLICABLE. 

 

Refunds and exchanges will not be honoured if your wig, wefts or closures have been cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn, tampered with in any form. 

1) This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig/weft, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers.

Refunds and exchanges will not be honoured if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honoured for units/wefts with bases/wefts that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles or scissors.
